The Old House, Llwyn Madoc in Llanwrtyd Wells was an absolute gem! The apartment felt like a cozy home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, including a fridge, oven. The living room was perfect for relaxing with a comfy seating area and a separate dining area for meals. We also loved having 4 bedrooms, giving everyone their own space. The bathrooms, complete with showers and baths, were a dream. We also enjoyed the added bonus of a DVD player for movie nights. the apartment had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our stay truly delightful.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the kitchenware was not as new as we hoped. However, this is just a minor detail and didn't affect our overall experience.

Plenty of room for privacy, making it perfect for large families. Miranda and Patrick were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home and relaxed.

The bath and shower could use a revamp, but overall, we were happy with everything. the showers were a bit tricky to regulate the temperature, but there were two baths available, so not a big problem.

The traditional decor added to the charm, and we enjoyed the view over the fields and lake. The owner was very helpful, providing excellent information about the local area and walks. Despite the remote location, there was easy access to local towns and villages. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
